Heart surgeries have come to stay for many years now, but what could be disheartening is when a person has to go for 2 heart surgeries in a couple of months.

There are several surveys which have been done as regards the death of men above 35 years caused by heart related diseases. In Chapter 30 of Your Guide to Health, Dr. Clifford Anderson describes diseases of the heart, causes, symptoms and possible treatment. According to Your Guide To Health and ‘Healthline’ heart diseases are a result of the following basic factors.

Congenital heart disease may be the least likely form of cardiovascular ailment that can be treated through lifestyle changes.  As it is due to growth challenges and other anomalies during the growth of a baby in the womb; surgery is usually the solution for this form of heart disease. And after surgery has been done a person has to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Infections (staphylococcus, bacteria, viruses) caused heart disease is another case which can be treated with surgery, drugs and a subsequent healthy lifestyle. The last cause of heart disease is that due to poor lifestyle choices. This can also be treated with surgery, drugs and a subsequent healthy lifestyle.

We can see here that a healthy lifestyle is very key for recovery of patients living with cardiovascular diseases. The schematic above shows how this can be achieved. In my opinion, unwanted infections should be treated properly early enough and then subsequent healthy diet to prevent a relapse. Some food items and spices which have natural antibiotics are pepper, garlic, ginger, turmeric etc. Applying this principle of natural healthy living can help one recover for the long term and extend their life span.
