CATCHMENT OF RESOURCES

Catchment of Resources is managed by ResourceCatch Ltd RC 8735207 registered on the 25th of August 2025 and by Akpodelta Technologies, registered on the 24th of November 2012 as a civil engineering consulting firm involved in architecture, sustainable energy engineering, project management, facility management, technical training and agriculture.
Due to the broadness in its operational scope AT partners with professionals whose backgrounds match the company’s profile and resource requirements. A brief description of the scope and level of involvement in each branch of the business are thus:
Architecture: AT undertakes architectural works of various kinds; residential buildings, office blocks, fast-food restaurants amongst others. The architectural arm of AT is directed by a partner and supported by junior architects and engineers.
Civil and Sustainable Energy Engineering: AT is open to the construction/design of engineering structures of the kinds; onshore oil & gas structures, facilities, renewable energy power plants, reinforced concrete and steel buildings, bridges, highway design etc. for which Akpoghor A. (MSc in Sustainable Energy Engineering, PMP®, CFM®, CQE® and CC) oversees, having worked on several projects worth over $100mn in Oil & Gas, highway and civil engineering design/construction.
Facility/Project Management: AT provides management services on projects within its scope of expertise.
Agriculture: AT is involved in agriculture primarily in the rearing of rams and chicken with subsequent processing of these meats, its packaging and supply to customers, with the possibility of expansion into cropping.

Akpodelta Technologies on various services to clients is bound by policies which ensure the highest satisfaction to stakeholders, the environment and the professional practice. Although not limited to these, the four arms within which we are bound are: Health & Safety, Quality, Environment and Security. We ensure a safe working environment by providing comprehensive training, enforcing strict PPE usage, maintaining equipment standards, and conducting daily job safety analysis. Emergency response plans ERPs are established to handle any incidents promptly and effectively.

Environment Policy

Our concern is the impact of our activities on the land, water bodies, and air adjacent our business activities. One major focus of Akpodelta Technologies is to ensure sustainability in material usage. Our aim is to leave the environment better than how it was prior to business activities. This shall be achieved by:

• Implementation of environmental management system according to ISO 14001
• Conducting a life-cycle assessment of material usage
• Implementation of the 4Rs of waste management
• Measuring of baseline environmental data prior to and evaluation after business activities
• Ensure continuous improvement of environmental management practices

Security Policy

Security is a critical component of any social construct, ensuring the protection of personnel, physical assets, and resources. Three aspects important for security are physical, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Our aim is to ensure security at all times. This shall be achieved by:

• Implementation of information security management system according to ISO 27001
• Security related risk assessment of personnel interaction, physical assets and resources to obtain requirements for security.
• Evaluation of security plans through training, drills and responses
• Ensure continuous improvement of security interventions
